Hi - I'm Nicole
My mission is to help people build strength in a sustainable way, focusing on training for longevity while ensuring they have fun.
I fell in love with kettlebells in 2014 during a summer internship in NYC (in accounting, of all things!). I started attending a kettlebell fitness studio and quickly became hooked. Before long, I moved to New York, earned my NASM personal training certification, and began coaching at that same gym. Admittedly, it took a few more miserable years before I finally left the corporate life behind, but I eventually got there!
Kettlebells were my first introduction to strength training, and I never looked back. I discovered them while recovering from an eating disorder that I had struggled with throughout high school and college
Kettlebells marked a turning point in my health and wellness journey, shifting my focus from aesthetic goals to discovering how strong and capable I could become. I started to appreciate the benefits of building muscle and became curious about my potential. I was amazed at the weights I could lift and press overhead!
Now, it's my mission to help you experience the same transformation. As a dedicated kettlebell and strength coach, I aim to guide you in falling in love with strength training and trusting your body as you age.
I started an online Kettlebell Membership in 2020 and decided to keep it rocking & rolling even as people began transitioning back to the office.
Now, our membership, Bedoya Bells, meets live three times a week over Zoom to follow our six-week program cycles. It's so much fun to get strong from home and not do it alone!
However, I often hear people say, 'I want to try kettlebells, how do I start?' or 'I'm a little intimidated to come to class, what's the best way to learn?'
This course page you are on right now is my solution. It’s my way of sharing everything I’ve learned from six years of coaching in-person and online classes, workshops, and certifications. I’ve worked hard to make this knowledge accessible to you.
