We stick with the same Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts for a full month. This gives you a nice learning curve where
👉 week 1 you are just getting the hang of things and it may take more time
👉 week 2 you're sharpening your technique and shortening your transition time
👉 week 3 you're getting confident and maybe even trying bigger bells or an advanced progression
👉week 4 is your victory lap! You've got these down pat!

Kettlebells are the best tool ever, BUT they can also be too "hip hinge" dominant (cleans, swings, deadlifts, snatches are all hip-dominant).
While our workouts will use A LOT of kettlebells...they will also take the big picture into account.

We achieve this "big picture" balance with our unique class structure. Class format includes a specific & dynamic warm up, followed by kettlebell strength training to build your overall strength and ending with interval training to add volume and move more dynamically and freely.

You'll hear Nicole say "make your workout work for you" in class a lot. And we mean it. We foster a community where the person going "balls to the wall" every workout feels just as welcomed as the one simply checking the box that day. Sometimes, you might be both those people in the same week! Each workout has short a "Demo Video" you can watch before class that provides movement levels. Stay moving, have something to aspire to and never get discouraged!
COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING!
The best part of it all? Our kettlebell community is dedicated, supportive and inspiring. We get close seeing the same faces over zoom three times a week, 365 days a year. Nicole is in her 30s, a Virgo that loves planning. She grew up in Florida so has always felt drawn to the sun and the beach. She lived in NYC for 6 years coaching at various studios. She now lives the NOMADIC life with her boyfriend chasing the sun and fitness events.
